Dear Grandmaster Qin,
This message to share my experience. Since I came back, I feel energetic during the whole day. The main reaction is skin rash ( Detoxification).
Also during meditation (beingness) I feel the energy ball shifting and becoming more and more magnetic and dense. The size increased. It feels like having two energy fields. One from outside to inside (the aura) and the energy ball from inside to outside!
